Mandatory Posting Requirement - 11.1.2009
On November 21, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) will go into effect. This Act is intended to prevent employers from discriminating against individuals based on genetic tests and information. GINA requires that all businesses obtain and post notices informing covered individuals of their rights under the law. DON'T pay for additional posters!
