We provide all of the services you see in a Fortune 1000 company’s Human Resources Department – employee relations advice, policy development, management and leadership training, and organizational development – but we provide those services to small and medium-sized businesses who cannot afford an entire staff to conduct them.
It depends on what your needs are. If it’s a new employee handbook, we’ll charge a flat fee, depending on how many employees you have; what states they’re in; if you need a translation; etc.) We have many clients on a monthly retainer – they’re entitled to unlimited calls and visits from our staff. And when it benefits our clients, we’ll simply charge an hourly fee.
We want to focus on what we do best – HR outsourcing, consulting, and Management Training. We therefore don’t provide payroll, benefits, or insurance (but we have trusted partners who do!)
